Reports to: Director, Demand Generation
Location: NYC or Remote
We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic, detail-oriented, and driven Demand Generation Campaign Manager to play a key role within CRA’s Audience organization. This role sits at the center of our demand generation engine and will own campaigns from initial planning through execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing demand generation programs for leading cybersecurity clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to balance execution with optimization to drive qualified pipeline. This role will have visibility into the full lifecycle of CRA’s demand generation campaigns, including webinars, content syndication, virtual events, and integrated multi-channel programs designed to engage cybersecurity decision-makers
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of end-to-end demand generation campaigns across CRA’s cybersecurity portfolio
- Manage multi-channel campaign execution including email, landing pages, social promotion, content syndication, and partner amplification
- Oversee day-to-day campaign management including timelines, asset coordination, deployment schedules, QA, and delivery
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and client objectives
- Partner with marketing operations and designers to develop compelling, performance-driven campaigns tailored to cybersecurity audiences
- Work cross-functionally to help define targeting criteria, testing strategies (A/B testing), and performance benchmarks across campaigns
- Manage social media execution for demand generation programs, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and audience intent
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including conversion rates, engagement, and ROI
- Deliver post-campaign reporting and insights, translating performance data into actionable recommendations for future programs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across campaign workflows, turnaround times, and scalability
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or campaign management, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, or media
- •3–5 years of overall marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation, campaign execution, and performance optimization
- •Proven experience managing webinars, virtual events, and/or content syndication programs using a multi-channel approach
- •Hands-on experience with email marketing, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and campaign analytics
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo (preferred), Eloqua, HubSpot, or similar
- Experience working with audience segmentation, ICP targeting, and lead qualification frameworks
- Strong copy instincts with the ability to guide messaging and positioning (hands-on copywriting experience a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Client-facing experience is a plus

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, CRA is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account numerous factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to a candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 to $80,000, which does not include other compensation benefits package.
